Refund and Returns Policy

We want you to love your purchase, but we understand that sometimes things just don’t work out. If you’re not fully satisfied with your Emerald Ring, we’re here to help guide you through the return process.

Returns

You have 90 calendar days from the date of purchase to return your emerald ring. To qualify for a return, the ring must be:

  • Unworn and in its original, undamaged condition.
  • In the original packaging, including any certificates, documentation, or accessories included with the ring.
  • Free from any customization, engraving, or modifications.

Please note that due to hygiene and safety concerns, we cannot accept returns on any custom or personalized jewelry (including engraved items) unless the item is faulty or damaged upon arrival.

How to Return Your Emerald Ring

  1. Contact Us: To initiate your return, please email us at manager@car.matecarcover.com or use our contact form. Provide your order number, the ring you’d like to return, and a brief explanation of why you are returning the item.

  2. Return Shipping: Once your return request is approved, we’ll send you instructions on how to ship your emerald ring back to us. Please pack the item securely to prevent any damage during return shipping.

  3. Shipping Costs: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect. We recommend using a tracked shipping service to ensure your return reaches us safely.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned emerald ring, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Your refund will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase.

Please note:

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • If the return doesn’t meet our return criteria (such as being worn, damaged, or altered), we reserve the right to reject the return or apply a restocking fee.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges for emerald rings. If you wish to exchange an item for a different style or size, please return the original item and place a new order for the desired ring.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your emerald ring arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will provide you with a full refund or replacement at no extra cost. Please include clear photos of the damage or defect when contacting us.

Cancellations

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us immediately. Once an order is processed and shipped, we are unable to cancel it. If you’ve already received the item, you may follow our return process to send it back for a refund.

Important Notes

  • We do not accept returns or exchanges for items purchased through third-party retailers or partners.
  • Custom-designed or personalized rings are not eligible for return or refund unless damaged or defective upon receipt.
